Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Regenvyshouldera, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns and refunds in compliance with European Union consumer protection laws and, for consumers in Austria, the Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and, in Austria, the Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG) § 11.

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

2.2 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use any of the following methods:

3. Effects of Withdrawal

3.1 Refund Timeline

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event:

  • Not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, or
  • Not later than 14 days from the day you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier

3.2 Refund Method

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3.3 Return Shipping Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please ensure that items are securely packaged and sent via a tracked shipping method.

4. Conditions for Returns

4.1 Product Condition

To be eligible for a full refund, products must be:

  • Unopened and in original sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as when received
  • Returned with all original packaging and documentation

4.2 Diminished Value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

For dietary supplements like VitaCore Complex, this means:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned for refund due to health and safety regulations
  • Damaged packaging may affect the refund amount

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery where they cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons
  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

6. Defective or Damaged Products

6.1 Reporting Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at touch@regenvyshouldera.world with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the defect or damage
  • Photographs of the damaged product and packaging

6.2 Resolution

For defective or damaged products, we will:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a full refund including return shipping costs

7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Under EU law, you have a legal guarantee that products will be in conformity with the contract for a period of 2 years from delivery. If products are not in conformity:

  • You may request repair or replacement free of charge
  • If repair or replacement is not possible or would cause significant inconvenience, you may request a price reduction or contract termination

8. Refund Processing

8.1 Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

8.2 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

9. How to Return Products

  1. Contact us to notify us of your intention to return
  2. Receive confirmation with return instructions
  3. Package securely using original packaging if possible

  5. Keep proof of postage (tracking number recommended)

10. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before shipment by contacting us immediately at touch@regenvyshouldera.world. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel and refund you in full.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure outlined above.
